INVITATION

Hurricane Helene left a trail of devastation across the southeastern United States, and upstate South Carolina was no exception. Many individuals and businesses in the region have been deeply affected by the storm’s damage.

To support local manufacturing leaders during this challenging time, this Lunch and Learn session has been organized to create a space for open discussion. We will explore the impact of Hurricane Helene on operations, the ways in which company cultures have adapted to support employees, and the broader regional effects of the disaster.

Additionally, we will examine how contingency planning, staff support systems, and company cultures have shifted in response to the rapid and dramatic changes that have occurred in just a matter of days.
