EDUCATION & PERCEPTION ACTION TEAM

The Education & Perception Action Team aims to shift the perception of manufacturing occupations and careers for youth, parents, and guidance counselors. We would also like to know how best to assist incumbent workers in similar but different fields who are looking to transition their careers into different industries.

  • Come back later to learn more about the events UMN and regional Upstate public partners are hosting.

  • Manufacturing leaders are interested to learn about your perception of the manufacturing industry, occupations, careers, lifestyle, etc.

The UMN is dedicated to changing the perception of manufacturing careers, but wants to understand where youth, parents, and guidance counselors are coming from.

Please take a brief moment to fill out the survey below to help the UMN better understand how to support your career awareness initiatives and career choice journey.

The Workforce and Workplace Culture Action Team’s goal is to share best practices in positive workplace culture in the manufacturing industry.
